Chris covers almost every aspect of the food production chain – from before an animal is even conceived, through its birth, management, feeding, veterinary treatment, marketing and retailing of either it, or the products it produces. He also extensively covers the political argy-bargy that goes with all of it, and the resulting finances of who gets left with what.
And if you live, work or simply travel through the countryside from time to time then it's a dead cert he'll have covered the other aspects of life that affect the countryside - such as property, taxation and finance.
